participating businesses terms and conditions
The terms of your Agreement with Privileges will be subject to the finalised contract. This document will be provided to you for your approval prior to formalising the arrangements between your business and Privileges.
terms of the Agreement
- The Agreement will commence on the date signed by both parties.
- The Agreement is valid for twelve months from the commencement date.
- The Agreement will automatically be renewed for a further twelve months each successive year on anniversary of the commencement date, unless otherwise notified in writing by Privileges or as notified by the Business in accordance with clause 2(d) below.
- The Business agrees to notify Privileges in writing twelve months in advance if the Business wishes to withdraw from the Privileges Program. The twelve month period will begin from the date an acknowledgement of this request is received by the Business.
participating business obligations
As a participating business you are obliged to:
- advise your staff of the existence of this Agreement and to ensure they are fully aware of the requirements of the business and the benefits being offered to Privileges cardholders
- advise staff of the Business that they must check each Privileges Card presented to confirm its validity
- provide Privileges cardholders with a level of service as should be expected by any customer of the venue and to not discriminate against Privileges cardholders in any way
- advise Privileges in writing at least 30 days prior to any change of ownership or address of the business
- require any new business owner, as a condition of sale or lease, to honour this Agreement until the following edition of the Privileges Directory is printed and to also notify Privileges of this arrangement.
