I bundled with ActewAGL and TransACT and am eligible for a free Privileges Card.
Do I need to apply with Privileges or will ActewAGL organise my membership?
ActewAGL will provide Privileges with your contact details and Privileges will send you
out a Privileges Card. You will still need to activate your card by calling 02 6161 1999.
I bundled but have not received a Privileges Card. When will it be sent?
If you have bundled the specified number of services with ActewAGL and TransACT,
your two-year Privileges Card will be mailed to you within 30 days after commencement of
your Bundle discount.
I'm a bundle customer and my card has expired. How do I get another one?
If you would like to renew your bundle contract with ActewAGL and TransACT and receive
your complimentary Privileges membership, you should contact the ActewAGL/TransACT Bundling
Team on 13 16 46. You may also purchase a card directly from the Privileges team on 02 6161 1999.
