I bundled with ActewAGL and TransACT and am eligible for a free Privileges Card. Do I need to apply with Privileges or will ActewAGL organise my membership?

How do I activate my new Privileges Card?
You can activate your Privileges Card Online. Alternatively, you can call the Privileges office on (02) 6161 1999 and activate it over the phone.
How long will it take me to fill in an application form?
It will take approximately five minutes to fill in a Join Privileges application form.
How long will it take for my Privileges Card to come in the mail?
It will take approximately one week to receive your Privileges Card after joining. If you are entitled to a card through bundling ActewAGL and TransACT services, it will take approximately 30 days following the start of your Bundle discount to receive your Privileges Card.
What are the payment methods for becoming a member?
You can pay by MasterCard or Visa card over the phone, or by cheque or cash in person at the Homeconnect stores in City Walk, Civic or Westfield Woden if you are in the ACT.

You can get a discounted rate through your social club or if you get a corporate membership.

You can purchase a one or two year membership.
I bundled with ActewAGL and TransACT and am eligible for a free Privileges Card. Do I need to apply with Privileges or will ActewAGL organise my membership?
ActewAGL will provide Privileges with your contact details and Privileges will send you out a Privileges Card. You will still need to activate your card by calling 02 6161 1999.
Can I get a membership for my spouse at a later date?
Yes, you don't have to get a spouse membership at the same time as yours.
