I have not received my card yet. When does it get sent?

If you have bought a standard membership, your Privileges Card is usually sent to you within one week. If you have not received your card after a week, please contact us.

If you have bundled the specified number of services with ActewAGL and TransACT, your two-year Privileges Card will be mailed to you within 30 days after commencement of your Bundle discount.

how do I activate my card?

Fill in an online form to activate your card. You can also activate your card over the phone by calling our office on (02) 6161 1999.

what do I do if I have lost my card or it has been stolen?

If your card has been lost or stolen, please contact us to request a new card. A replacement fee applies.

how can I get a new card because my name was spelt wrong on the one that was issued?

You can request a new card online or by calling our office on (02) 6161 1999.

can I transfer my membership to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your membership if you are moving interstate or overseas. A fee may apply.

are there restrictions on the use of my Privileges card?

There are terms and conditions for using your Privileges Card.

can I use my old card while my new renewal card is on its way?

You cannot use your old Privileges Card while waiting on your new card to arrive. Participating businesses are advised not to accept Privileges Cards that are out of date.

can my family and friends use my Privileges Card?

Your Privileges Card is for your use only. However, if you are a member, your spouse can join Privileges for a discounted rate of $44.00 for one year and $77.00 for two years.

how can I view bonus offers and any changes or updates for my Privileges Card?

Our Privileges enewsletter is the best way to find out the latest updates and bonus offers. The Privileges Enews is sent via email once a month and can also be found on the Privileges website.

I am a bundled customer and my card has expired. How do I get another one?

If you would like to renew your bundle contract with ActewAGL and TransACT and receive your complimentary Privileges membership, you should contact the ActewAGL/TransACT Bundling Team on 13 16 46. You may also purchase a card directly from the Privileges team on 02 6161 1999.

Please contact us to update your contact information. Our staff member will ask a couple of questions to verify your identity and then update your details in our database.

I did not get a new directory. What should I do?

Please contact us if you have not received your new directory. We will organise a new directory to be sent out to you.
