Privileges: WIN One of five Full Valet car washes at Waves Car Wash.

1. To be eligible for the competition Privileges card-holders members must register at http://www.wavescarwash.com.au/members.php?privileges=1 to become a Waves Member. By registering to become a Waves Member you will be consenting to receive marketing material from Waves Car Wash.
2. The competition commences on Wednesday 7 April 2010 and closes on Friday 30 April 2010 and is open to Privileges cardholder members.
3. There are 5 prizes to be won. Each Prize is valued up to $33 and consists of: 1 Full Valet car wash for a sedan car. Additional charges apply for 4wd/Van’s ($6) and Wagons/Awd ($3).
4. Winners will be drawn at 3.00pm on Monday 3 May 2010 at Waves Carwash Café Braddon, cnr of Elouera and Lonsdale Street, Braddon ACT 2601 and contacted by Privileges Canberra via telephone and in writing.
5. A redraw will be held for any unclaimed prizes at 3.00pm on Monday 9 August 2010 Waves Carwash Café Braddon, cnr of Elouera and Lonsdale Street, Braddon ACT 2601 and contacted by Privileges Canberra.
6. The judge’s decision will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. A winner must be a current Privileges cardholder at the time of the draw in order to be eligible to win a prize.
8. If a winner cancels their Privileges card before the draw date they forfeit their chance to win the prize.
9. In the case of an ineligible member being drawn as the winner, a re-draw will take place immediately.
10. The prize in not redeemable for cash or other goods and services and must be taken by the winner.
11. Waves Car Wash and Privileges Canberra are not responsible for any additional or ancillary costs associated with the prize.
12. In the event that the prize is unavailable or cancelled for any reason whatsoever, Waves Carwash reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of similar value.
13. Waves Car Wash and Privileges Canberra shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
