renew your membership
You will be contacted by a Privileges staff member when your current card is about to expire. If you have missed the call, or would like to renew prior to the expiry of your card, please call the office on 02 6161 1999 or use the membership renewal form to renew your membership.
If you received your Privileges card as part of your bundle contract you can contact ActewAGL and TransACT bundling services on 13 16 46 to rebundle your services.
Alternatively you may choose to contact the Privileges office directly on 02 6161 1999 to purchase a membership.
Can I use my old card while my new renewal card is on its way?
You cannot use your old Privileges Card while waiting on your new card to arrive. Participating businesses are advised not to accept Privileges Cards that are out of date.
