your rights and responsibilities as a member
All Privileges cardholders have the right to expect:
- that they will be treated with respect by all participating Privileges businesses
- to have any queries or complaints dealt with promptly and courteously by Privileges staff
- to be able to rely on the information on the Privileges website, as the most up-to-date advice about Privileges offers
- to have their privacy respected and protected by Privileges.
All Privileges cardholders have a responsibility to:
- treat venue owners and their staff with respect and not to abuse their hospitality
- notify Privileges staff if any entry in the directory, or on the website, is inaccurate
- advise Privileges staff promptly if they encounter any problems using their card
- notify Privileges staff of any changes to their details (such as email, telephone or address)
- ensure their Privileges Card is kept in a safe place and only used in accordance with the stated Terms and Conditions.
